Meet Isabella!  She’s five, going on six!  She’s been asking me every day over the past few weeks when spring will arrive.  She’s excited for change! Spring is right around the corner!  Change is all around us.  The trees are green and our garden is blooming.  There is another change I’ve just noticed!  Isabella has a new friend!  Her brother “bought” Rainbow Dash for her and she’s loving this new friend so much!  I decided to interview her about her new friend!  I hope these answers put a big smile on each of your faces.

Me: Why is Rainbow Dash your favorite?  

Isabella:  Because she’s REAL!

Me:  That’s amazing!  What makes her real?

Isabella:  When I love her so much! (I think someone has read The Velveteen Rabbit several times…HA!)

Me:  What do you like most about Rainbow Dash?

Isabella:  When I squeeze her face, she makes silly faces!  She also makes rainbows.  And she defeats the bad ponies!  That’s it!  That’s all I have to say!
