Dear Isabella,
A few weeks ago, you decided that it was time to cut your hair. We had some pretty tough battles with getting your hair done some mornings. You’ve become so independent these days. One day, you mentioned to me that you thought it might be best to get your hair cut short. You said, “Mommy, I think if my hair is shorter I will be able to brush it on my own. I’d still like some bangs too.” So I set an appointment…just the two of us. I was so excited for you. This was your first time at a full service salon. I didn’t bring my camera because I really wanted to soak in that moment. So here you are, my love. You look marvelous. You made a great choice and you are brushing your hair all on your own. Oh my heart…Stop getting big!
