Dear Isabella + Caiden,
It is our second year of homeschooling. We have started first grade. I say we…because I feel like I’m starting first grade all over again. I feel the excitement that you feel, Isabella. Every time you learn new things and your eyes open-wide; I’m right there with you, baby. I love hearing about your day at co-op. I get excited knowing that you are developing new friendships. I am so excited for you, little one.
Caiden, you are right there with Isabella…learning. I love the way you watch and learn. There are days when I think I should be doing extra things with you. But then you go and count to one-hundred by yourself and it reminds me that letting you play and observe is the right thing for you. Your mind is incredible. You aren’t left behind and you want to learn math when Isabella is learning math.
I’m soaking these little moments in. I’m enjoying watching you two learn. I’m incredibly blessed to be your teacher. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Love,
Momma
